If you haven't already, please review this support article regarding error CC-501.
As stated in the article, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files, and will likely need to file an escalation if they see fit.

I just spoke to Quicken and was told that there is a known issue w/ updating and this error CC-501 and check again in two hours.. Is there not a thread that can be followed for this issue.. this is disruptive and I can't believe that this am, the response was call Quicken, when clearly they have no answers either..

@MGF - I was not asked for my Logs.. I was just told to check back in two hours.. so, what gives?
