Is there a way to pull all downloaded Payee info or remove nonessential data?

US Bank sends "DEBIT PURCHASE -VISA 052223 CROWN ACE 2644 S But Quicken only shows "DEBIT PURCHASE -VISA 052223" and drops the actual vendor name off in the Payee section.

    Actually, it's downloading some of those spaces after the numbers … and together they get to the 32 character limit for a payee name.

    Your only alternative, besides complaining to USB, is to manually input the txn before it downloads … and let the download match the manual input

    Im one of the Union to US Bank folks - I would have assumed all the US Bank customers would have had a fix in place by now.

    See if renaming rules help… "If payee CONTAINS Crown Ace, save as Crown Ace"

    Here is what 5 lines look like - US Bank downloads the type of transaction with the Payee, but because Quicken only brings in 32 characters I only see the type of transaction and not the actual Payee… How do the other US Bank Users deal with this?

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help with this Online Banking issue. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
