One Step Update doesn't support multiple Capital One Card Services accounts
My wife and I have separate Capital One Card Services accounts. Until today, One Step Update was able to download transactions for both accounts by logging into Capital One using our respective User ID/Password combinations. Now it appears that One Step Update is no longer using the User ID/password to log into Capital One. I've tried multiple times to deactivate/set up both accounts, but Quicken only seems to remember how to access the most recent account and returns an "account not found" error for the other account.

I'm having a very similar problem. I have multiple bank / savings accounts w/ Capital One and a Venture Credit Card account. All of the bank accounts are accessed under one login and the cc account is accessed under a different login. Quicken will only allow me to have one of the logins (and the accounts associated with it) activated at a time. If I try to activate the other account, the first set of accounts will be deactivated.

Capital One does offer multiple connection options through Quicken. Have you tried connecting one User ID under one connection option and the other under a different one (for example having the user ID with the credit card under Capital One Card Services and the other user ID connected under Capital One 360)?
Thank you.

Hi @rparapar and @agrefer , I wanted to reach out to see if you are having trouble with this? Can you check that the Venture Credit card and all the accounts that are associated with it are selected?
- At the top of the Account Bar, click the + (plus sign) button.
- Enter the name of the financial institution you would like to set up.
- Enter your credentials. Quicken will connect with your financial institution to set up the account.
- Choose LINK on the screen displayed after Quicken finds the available accounts at the financial institution for your login credentials and carefully link to your existing Quicken account(s).
