Connection to PayPal Credit Error

Is the following related to a current ongoing issue with PayPal? I had been updating fine until last week, then started getting the following error.

Connection to PayPal Credit, MasterCard and Crypto. is unavailable right now. Please try again later. If this error persists for more than 24 hours, please contact Quicken care. (Error Code: STATUS_TERMINATION_TIMEOUT)

If there is a solution, please share link as I was not able to locate one.
