Discover sign-in error CC-501
Having issues downloading/connecting to discover credit card accounts for transaction updates. Error states "We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to connect to the Quicken servers at this time. Do no contact Discover Card for assistance. They cannot fix this problem."

If you haven't already, please review this support article regarding error CC-501.
As stated in the article, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files, and will likely need to file an escalation if they see fit.However, please be aware that we do currently also have an open Alert on an issue with Discover that may be related to the error you are receiving.
