Navy Federal Credit Union not downloading all data.

The issue described below began on 6/30/23 at approximately 0700 and repeated this morning 7/1/23:

I have 5 accounts at NFCU. None of which are working properly. Quicken appears to connect to some and download transactions but failed to download Online balance.

When following the prompts to Update Now in a NFCU account, Quicken opens a browser tab (MS EDGE) to log in to NFCU. No update occurs in Quicken.

When I access the Account details, online services tab, I am prompted with "Your financial institution supports an improved connection method. Click here to find out more and get set up.

After following the prompts, I receive error code cc-501.

"We are unable to connect to the Quicken Servers at this time. Do not contact Navy Federal Credit Union for assistance. They cannot fix this problem"

In troubleshooting I used "Fix it Now" I received EC cc-501 and the online set up disappeared leaving me with the set up now option only.

I am using Quicken for Windows Deluxe, ver 50.15. Latest version available to me of Windows 11.

    As stated in the article, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files, and will likely need to file an escalation if they see fit.

    I'm having the same problem with CC-501 and NFCU. It's been this way for a month not and I've put in three thickets, and escalated twice. In all cases I was told this is a known problem and to hold on. Just finished my third attempt with support and we are starting from scratch again. It funny, pretty much the only reason I have stuck with Quicken is for the downloads, but without functioning downloads I could do what I need on Excel. Might not be as quick but the reliability counts.
