Oops something went wrong

Attempting to re-add a biller (Citi) that "dissappeared / self removed" itself a few weeks ago.
Immediately upon clicking the Citi logo the system issues "Ooops something went wrong", then crashes. Adding other billers works as expected going directly to adding the account information.
Running build 27.1.50.16
