Banks Still Using Direct Connect

Looking for banks that still use direct connect and you can do bill payments from within the Quicken register. Let me know what banks you are using. Should be banks on the West Coast.

    Hello @dnelson,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question.

I suggest taking a moment to review this support article which provides a list of banks offering Direct Connect and Bank Bill Pay.

    I hope this helps!

Wells Fargo Bank is one that I use. They also do not charge a fee to use Direct Connect. They have a presence in 39 states including the west coast.

what’s the chance of getting Fidelity added to this list? I use Fidelity’s bill pay but hate having to enter a payment twice - once in the Quicken register and then once to instruct Fidelity to make the payment.

    Hello @tlitchfo1,

Thank you for visiting the Community and adding your question to this discussion.

To have another financial institution added to this list, you would need to contact the financial institution directly to make this request.

From there, the financial institution would need to contact our service provider and submit a request to be added.

    I hope this helps!

Fidelity Investments is already Direct Connect … they're my primary bank. BUT they don't support Quicken Bilpay, per Fidelity's decision.

    Fidelity NetBenifits is the same.

Are these the Fidelity you asked about?, If not, which Fidelity?
