Scheduled Transactions in Mac not updating on mobile for Wells Fargo checking
I scheduled my SS deposit on Mac, but when my SS amount changed, I cancelled the old monthly transactions and set up a new monthly one with the revised amounts. In my mobile app, the old scheduled transactions appear as overdue and the amounts are added to my Wells Fargo balance. I tried to delete the overdue ones in the mobile app using the ….menu option, but they remain.. my Quicken Mac on my iMac is correct, but the mobile app on my iPad is the problem.. I’m running the latest Quicken on my recently updated iMac OS Monterey 12.6.8.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. I would recommend resetting your cloud data, then logging out of the mobile app and back in again.
Reset the cloud data through the desktop program
- Go to Quicken > Settings > Connected Services.
- In the Cloud Account section, click Reset.
Sign out of the Mobile App and sign back in:
- Open the Quicken Mobile App.
- in the upper left.
- Tap the Logout button at the bottom of the screen.
- Sign back in with the same Quicken ID.
