How do you delete duplicate rent

For some reason whenever I create a rent receipt a duplicate rent is added to the account. How do I prevent this and how do I delete the duplicate?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. It shouldn't be creating duplicate accounts. Could you please provide more detail? What process are you using when creating a rent receipt? Are you willing to post screenshots (with personal information blurred or obscured)? Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
