I have a subscription to Quicken for Mac. Every time I enter a new transaction for a specific category (Groceries) an item is placed in the Memo/Notes field. I want that field to be blank for that category.

    Hello @Ozzboy,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though we apologize that you are experiencing this.

First, have you checked your QuickFill Rules to see if this memo/note has been saved there? You can do so by navigating to Window > Payees & Rules.

    Thank you!

To clarify, the memo is not being entered due to the category, it's due to the specific Payee for this transaction. You likely have a QuickFill Rule defined to provide the category and memo for this Payee.
