California State Teachers Retirement (www.calstrs.com), brand new account that was recently set up. The account is accessible by logging into the calstrs website with my credentials. There is no token authentication, or any other requirement to login.

Trying to set up the account in quicken. On the Add Account page, add my credentials and get the following error, which has been happening for a few days:

CC-501: We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to connect to the Quicken servers at this time. Do not contact California State Teachers Retirement for assistance, they cannot fix this problem.

  • Quicken Deluxe version: R51.12, build 27.1.51.12

    If you haven't already, please review this support article regarding error CC-501.

    As stated in the article, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files, and will likely need to file an escalation if they see fit.
