Help adding WA DreamAhead College Investment Plan
I'm trying to add my daughter's 529 plan to Quicken and, unsurprisingly, having trouble. It is a DreamAhead plan by Washington state. The plan shows up in Quicken's "Search for your financial institution" dialog box. Quicken prompts me for my login information and then the multi-factor authentication code from my email. But Quicken fails to add the account and shows an error: "CC-501: Oops. We're having a problem". The error dialog states that the issue is on Quicken's end (unable to connect to the Quicken servers at this time), specifically saying not to contact the 529 plan, and to try again in a few hours. I've been trying for a few weeks with no success.
I get an email from the 529 plan notifying me of a new sign-in to the account, so I know I entered my login information correctly. Quicken just fails to actually add it.
Any advice?
