Multiple problems with Quicken, not updating, not entering transactions on multiple accounts. Has Quicken finally reached its End of Life?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community. To be able to assist further, we would need more information on what issues you are encountering. What is not updating? Which financial institution(s) is involved? When you say not entering transactions, are you referring to bill/income reminders not entering into the register, transactions not downloading, or something else?

    Several investment accounts, all of a sudden will not update. Various error messages, tried to reset, did not work. Been a customer for 15+ years. Wish Intuit still owned the program!

    ERRORS: CC-800, OL-382-A on three investment accounts. I reset/reactivate with same result.

    Similar errors on other Quicken files for other family members that will also not update.

    Nothing was altered until all of these messages started appearing. At this point, my entire account is pretty much trash. May just need to terminate the accounts and switch to [Removed - 3rd party Software]. Really miss MS Money, it worked so smoothly. [Removed - Speculation].

    Which financial institution(s) is encountering these errors. Have you tried following the instructions in this article on CC-800 to resolve the CC-800 errors you have been getting? Would you please provide a screenshot of the OL-382 errors you have been getting (with any personal information obscured or blurred)? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
