Quicken Software Update hanging on 'Optimizing and Executing Files' and other discussions of this issue are "closed".
Either I "force close" the Quicken update window, or terminate the "MSI Cleanup" process to regain control of Quicken. These are the only solutions in the discussions of this issue, which aren't actually solutions.
This hang in that process occurs EVERY TIME there is an update.
No where do I see that Quicken has a resolution or fix.
I'm a Quicken user since at least the mid 1980's.
