Does Facial recognition work in the mobile app?

As of 9/2023, is the facial recognition in the app supposed to be working? I have it enabled, but all I get is the "Sign In" and "Scan to signin".

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Face ID should be supported by the app. Have you gone to the 3 lines in the upper left, selected Profile, then selected Passcode & Fingerprint, and check to make sure the option is enabled in the app? Have you verified the settings in your device, to ensure the option is enabled for the app? If you have, and it is still not working properly, I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
