New York 529 College Savings - failure to connect (edit)
I set up aggregator account ID and password with NY Saves 529 on 9/17/23. I have been unable to connect over several days and repeatedly get this error message
"We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to connect to the Quicken servers at this time…. Please try again in a few hours."
Is there a solution?

what is the exact name used to setup the Quicken Account ?

I had an aggregator user name and password. But even when I enter these, I get the same cc-501 error message

Tnx - we have updated the topic title with the actual Quicken account name
here is the entry - and it only supports the online One Step Update - so no manual downloading as a backup -
