Downloaded Transactions are Missing

I had downloaded, via One Step Update, transactions from BOA and Amex.

The transactions listed but not accpted. Two days ago they dissapeared from the "Downloaded Transaction" list.

I tried downloading again and nothing. I've tried Quick Connect with no change.

I cannot deactivate of reset the account because it says there are transactions pending.

PLEASE HELP.
