Error "online service is unavailable at this time"
I am using Quicken Classic on Windows. I uninstalled and then reinstalled Quicken Classic on my desktop and I now I'm getting an error that says "Quicken's online service is unavailable at this time, please wait at least 10 minutes then try again" It has been over an hour and it does not work.
Under Preferences, mobile and Web, it says "cannot retrieve cloud account information."
Under Preferences, "Quicken ID and cloud accounts" I have tried to recover the password 3 or 4 times but it does not work.
What do I need to do?
