I know that this really hasn't any thing to do with this post, but frankly it does bother me. Can you please get rid of that picture that has the people turning their backs on the audience?

Also, why are you posting each page separately rather than one PDF with multiple pages. Doesn't reflect well on the company's technical and user experience abilities.
