I removed my connection to net benefits and tried to reconnect and am now getting an error that the FI is rejecting the request. Any one else having this issue? Suggestions? Thanks.

To help you troubleshoot this issue, could you please provide more information? When did you first notice this issue? Which Fidelity connection are you using in Quicken (Fidelity, Fidelity NetBenefits, Fidelity 401k, a different one)? Have you tried using a different connection? Are you able to post a screenshot of the error message you are getting (with any personal information blurred or obscured)? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
