Quicken Renewal Date Incorrect in Program
I have just automatically renewed my subscription for another year with a November 2024 expiry date. When I open Quicken and select Help/About, the dialogue box says my subscription has 78 days left and will renew in January 2024. How can I synch the program to show the correct renewal date? Thanks.

Please do this:
• Go to Edit / Preferences / Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
• Click the "Sign in as a different user" link on the right side.
• Sign out, then sign back in to your Quicken account using the Quicken ID you just used to renew your subscription0 -
Something is fishy here. If Help shows Jan'24, a renewal (extension) should show Jan'25. You need to contact Quicken support to straighten it out or at least get an explanation why it isn't. https://www.quicken.com/support#contact-support

Didn't work!

Just got off an online support chat and they were of no assistance at all. Told me to wait a few days and see if it self corrects.
I'm more apt to uninstall and remove all Quicken registry items and then reinstall.

Maybe you have 2 subscriptions? How did it auto renew in November if your expiration is January?
I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

My renewal date has been November for the past number of years Quicken has had a subscription. My renewal and hence autorenewal is set for November of each year which is why I am trying to find out why the program shows a different date than what my Quicken account does.
