Why is my online service not available?

I am using a Desktop with the Window's 10 operating system. Today, every time I try to open my online account to update, I keep getting the message, "Quicken online service is unavailable at this time. Please try again in 10 minutes. We are sorry for the inconvenience." This has been going on all day. What is going on? This is the first time this has ever happened in all the years I have been a user
