Prudential One Step Update - Still NOT working

Prudential One Step Update hasn't been working for me since August at least. I have checked a few times, and tried suggestions on other threads to no success. All of the old posts/discussions have been "closed." Today I get an email from @Quicken Janean that says "This issue has been marked as resolved". So I went and tried, and alas the exact same no success result and error message!

And to top it off the discussion @Quicken Janean sent the message on doesn't allow replies?

Was it resolved, meaning it works or "resolved" meaning something else.

LONG time user just wishing for basic functionality to be maintained.

    If you are still experiencing the issue after it has been marked as resolved, I recommend you reach out to Quicken Support for further assistance, since they have tools that we cannot access through this channel and they are able to escalate the issue if needed.
