US Bank won't sync from 1/23 to 11/23

I am on a Windows 11 PC. Quicken basic starter R53.16. The last month my Quicken app was gone from my computer - not done by me. Not only the quicken app but the backup for 2023

I decided to take the 2022 that was left and download all of 2023 from US Bank. It would not work. This did work with my Capital One account. Now it will access the bank but only for a few days at the end of Nov and Dec. How do I get the rest of 2023 back?

    Hello @Therapist3035,

Were you able to save any backups to an external hard drive?

    Thanks!

It's your bank, and not Q, that determines how far back a download that's initiated from within Q can go.

Fortunately, USB (I'm their customer also) will allow you to initiate a download from their website with dates that go back further in time. Select the account to download (one at a time), click download, select the period to download and select QFX format.

But, BEFORE doing so, read the FAQ on downloading old transactions.
