Imports from bank are not including amounts (Q Mac)

About a week ago, my imports from my bank (Bank of Star Valley) stopped downloading the amounts of the transactions. I have tried disconnecting, then reconnecting the bank to the account, but that did not work. I do not get any error messages from the bank. It does show the correct online balance from the bank, but my register balance is off because there are no amounts on any new downloaded transactions. I use Quicken Classic Deluxe version 7.4.2

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it. This issue might require escalation to higher levels of support.

    I am having exactly the same issue as mhweston above. It started when I took the offered software update for Quicken Classic for Mac. I also tried deleting the account in Quicken and then re-connecting it with Bank of Star Valley.

    Its unlikely that the recent 7.4.x update has anything to do with your downloads from this bank, and is much more likely that this bank broke something in their downloads. I would suggest reaching out to tech support at the bank.
