Venmo not working for like a month

Venmo worked for about 2 days for me before it stopped connecting. I have colleagues who use Quicken Classic for Mac and can connect to Venmo. The errors range from invalid credentials (the credentials are valid) to "cannot be completed at this time", and others that I'm forgetting because it's been such a long and tedious debacle.

    Hello @andrewa121,

If you don’t mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message that you are currently receiving? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments. Please remember to redact any personal information as needed.

    Thanks!

Sure thing. This time I got the CC-929 error, but it's always fun to guess which one I'll get!

    Hello @andrewa121,

Just so you are aware we do currently have a couple of active alerts regarding various error messages with Venmo. This could be contributing to the issues that you are experiencing. I performed the troubleshooting tips you pointed me to.[1] I still get a CC-929. I hadn't tried to log in to Venmo in about a day, which is more than the hour you recommend. Is the one-hour cooldown period just a nice round number that only works sometimes but sometimes doesn't, or is it something that should always work and the fact that it didn't is a sign of a bigger problem?

    Thanks for your continued assistance.

[1] Well, I think I followed the troubleshooting tips. The steps listed are clearly for the Windows version. The steps to log out of the Mac version are very different, but I did so with "Sign out…" from the Quicken menu. You should think about adding a section for the Mac version. It would

Three days later and I'm still getting a CC-929… I think that three days is longer than an hour.
