    That's a little thin on details.
    If you trying to add a new account, it might be best to use your desktop / laptop version of Quicken to set up the new account. When done perform a Sync to cloud making sure you have added the new account to the list of accounts to sync.

    Hello @rwhtx,

    No, new accounts cannot be added from the Mobile app and Quicken on the Web as they are both companion apps. They can only be created from the Quicken Classic Desktop program and then synced to the cloud in order for them to be visible in either of the companion apps.
