New Credit Card action

Just got a new credit card and signed in to my banking institution. It recognized the account, but said something about not downloading my info to Quicken. That's the opposite of what I want. But several times of signing into my banking institution, looking for a way to change the "action" leaves me with no option to change it. Help!

Which financial institution are you experiencing this issue with?
