Northwestern Mutual account error - OFX Error: 2000 (edit)

I can download my NMIS data, but not my wife's account. I get the following error from Quicken - they appear to be blaming NMIS: An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. If this problem persists, please contact your investment professional at Northwestern Mutual Investment Services. OFX Error: 2000

Is there a fix for this? I'm going to cancel my 30 day trial if this doesn't work soon.

Thank you for providing the screenshot! Based on the screenshot, it appears you're using Quicken classic for Mac so I did go ahead and move your post to the proper Mac category as it was originally posted in a Windows category.

Error 2000 is typically a general error that includes a unique message provided by the financial institution explaining the action that is required. Based on the message you received, it indicates that you will need to reach out to the financial institution directly. Have you already done so? If not, I advise that you start there as it's possible they may need to authorize something on their end before it will allow you to successfully establish a connection.

It is also advised that you ask to escalate and speak with a Tier 2 rep or a Quicken Specialist when contacting your financial institution as frontline agents may not always be familiar with Quicken.
