Do I have to pay a price increase on 1/6/24 when the new price isn't effective until 1/25/2024?

Issue #!1: Your 12/27/23 email states, "On January 25, 2024, the price of Quicken Classic Starter will change from $3.49 per month to $3.99. Because subscriptions are billed annually, the new price won’t affect you until 01/06/2024 which will be your first renewal date after the change."

Since 1/6/24 is not after 1/25/24 as you stated, I think you meant that the price increase for me is effective on 1/6/25, which isn't for another year.

Please correct and resend the email notice of the price increase.

Issue#2: The pull-down for this form to categorize this inquiry lists many items that cannot be selected, so I had to select a category that didn't match this inquiry.

Yes, you are correct. The message is wrong! and should have been 2025.
