Estimated payment amount changes when I edit the reminder and click done.

I'm trying to use estimated payments for my credit card and when I select use past 3 payments in the edit bill reminder window the estimated amount is correct but when I click done the amount that shows up in the calendar for the estimated payment is much less than was previously shown. Currently, the estimated payment only works if I use the last payment amount, anything over that and the estimated payment amount changes when I click done. Has this been happening to anyone else?

    Hello @ACatt,

To assist with this issue, please provide more information. Is the amount showing significantly smaller only in the calendar, or does the actual reminder itself reflect that lower amount also? Does that lower amount correspond to anything (such as the current balance on the account, the minimum amount due, the statement balance, etc)? Is this happening with just one account, or are you seeing this happen with multiple accounts? Are you able to include screenshots showing what is happening (with any personal information redacted)? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

I look forward to your response!
