Account Out of Date?
I have three different accounts I maintain and the main one does not come up properly when I reconcile. The other two come up with Account Details and I can input the necessary date. When I reconcile the main one however it comes up with Account Out Of Date and I have two options. Neither of which I want, but they are to Download Transactions OR Reconcile Without Downloading.
I do NOT like to download transactions but would rather it come up like the other two and I input the reconcile date, the end amount and then start reconciling.
How do I get Quicken to come up with ACCOUNT DETAILS and act like the other two accounts? ? ?

Are the accounts connected to Online Services? Which financial institution are these accounts with? What is the connection method (if applicable)? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List.
Also, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message you described receiving? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot.
