Any updates on connectivity with RBC Bank?

I'm starting fresh with a new Quicken Classic file this year because I fell too far behind entering transactions manually.

My main bank is RBC Bank and QuickenConnect stopped working with it in 2022.

My understanding is that it's a known issue with no timeframe for a fix

Has that changed at all? If not, who can I contact at RBC Bank to communicate my dissatisfaction?

Any information on this would be appreciated. Thanks!

    The thread you tagged in your post is from May of 2021 and therefore no longer relevant if you are experiencing an issue today.

    Could you please elaborate and tell us exactly what happens when you attempt to connect? Do you receive any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) while trying to connect that you can provide us with here, please?
