How to download and re-install Quicken Starter program?

My computer is a Dell laptop Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz 1.99 GHz; 16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable); 64-bit operating system, running Windows 10 Pro; 1.4 TB free storage.

I have a Quicken Starter subscription. Two days ago, I installed the Quicken update, resulting in a total crash of the program, none of the format or operations could be restored.

I uninstalled the program hoping a re-install will resolve the problem. But, I cannot find download; instructions.

Thank you Jasmine, I appreciate your taking the time to answer. I'm afraid the problem goes deeper than a simple uninstall, and re-install [I did this 3 times]. It began immediately after I allowed Quicken to install an update two days ago. I'll have to get a Quicken tech on the phone tomorrow.

I'm going mention this mention this just in case the reinstall doesn't fix the problem.

Sometimes what happens is that the "config files" get corrupted and cause problems. The uninstall doesn't remove them, because you might want to reinstall and have the same settings. Most of the settings are in the data file, but some are in the config files.

So, for a "complete uninstall" these folders should be deleted after the uninstall program is run (note that some of these are under hidden folders so you will need to show hidden folders in Windows File Explorer):

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Quicken

    C:\ProgramData\Quicken

    C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Quicken

If you remove these folders to get a clean install, be sure to check your preferences to make sure nothing has changed from what you want.
