QCustomAction.dll question

I keep getting Error 1753 for QCustomAction.dll It says to check if that dll is at location C\ProgramFiles(x86)\Quicken\QCustomAction.dll and it is, dated 12/23/2023

Quicken mostly works, but I keep getting the error.

Don't see anything at all on this in Quicken.com/Support NOR Quicken Community

1- If I delete the Quicken folder, Download a new Quicken Classic for Windows and install

will it fix the problem with high probability of success?
