Citibank Credit Card Update

For the past week I've been getting a cc-592 when attempting to update my Citi Credit Card account. Today, I got a message the Quicken was unable to update my account because Citi is using an unsupported authentication method. Windows, 11, Quicken Classis Deluxe, Version R53.32, latest version.

Thanks, that worked. I just don't like I no longer can have 2 factor authentication for my account.

I'm glad to hear that worked. You can still use 2 factor authentication. The work around is turning it off temporarily while updating your account(s). Alternatively, you could also try connecting your credit card using Direct Connect. To do that, follow the directions in this post:
