Quicken for Mac (7.5.0, Deluxe), connected to https://quicken.com,, sync on, investment/brokerage accounts included.

I can log in to https://app.quicken.com and see investments.

However, I log into https://investing.quicken.com and none of my investments show. The instructions for connecting don't make sense (Online→One Step Update???)

How do I get my data to show on the investing webapp?

Those instructions appear to be written for Windows Quicken rather than Mac. Quicken Mac doesn't have an Online menu, instead you just click the One Step Update button. You'll also need to make sure that you're set up for Syncing (Quicken > Settings, click on the "Mobile, Web & Alerts" tab, Sync should be On), otherwise your investing portfolio won't get uploaded to Quicken's cloud.

Yes, sync is on. And I see all my data in the Classic web app. But, it doesn't show up in the Investing web app.

To the best of my knowledge, the features on investing.quicken.com have never been available for Quicken Mac users. It's integrated with Quicken Windows in a way that doesn't exist in Quicken Mac. I also believe in Quicken Windows, it requires Quicken Premier, not Quicken Deluxe, to work (unless you want to enter your portfolio manually).

Doing a little skimming of this Community site, there are several posts about investing.quicken.com not working, so I don't know its current status. I'd not that on the investing.quicken.com home page, there are some very out-of-date links. For instance, the Community link at the top is broken, because it points to a URL for the platform Quicken used prior to this one, which goes back to five years ago. Clicking on Help and the link for "What versions of Quicken are currently supported by Quicken.com?", the help page says "You must have a registered version of Quicken 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 or 2009." Yikes!

Last, a fellow user created an Idea post (feature request) to make investing.quicken.com available to Mac users. There have been no replies or votes, but you should add your vote and comment to the thread to bring it some visibility…

I was wondering about that, but didn't see anything on the page stating it was Windows only . And hey, we're paying the same for Quicken Classic for Mac, right? Why do we continue to not get the same features in the product offerings?

I did see some of the posts about the links, but also saw one response where the Quicken rep said the service is definitely still supported. Perhaps just for Windows though.

If Quicken reps confirm your theory, I'd be willing to try premier. :man_shrugging:

There is nothing in Quicken Mac Premier related to investing.quicken.com

My note about that above was comments from Quicken Windows users. Apparently it used to be available to all, but at some point it became a feature only for Premier, so some people using Deluxe got grandfathered in, it seems. But all of that is moot for Mac users.

For what it is worth, investing.quicken.com has been broken for the last couple of months.

And yes, only Quicken Windows allowed updating it from the Desktop holdings.

And yet we macOS users pay the same amount as Windows users. :-~

That is the ironic part of all of this. Quicken Mac users state "We should have this feature because Quicken Windows has it.". And then when you dig into a lot of these feature in Quicken Windows you find that they are either outright broken, or unreliable, or unmaintained. For instance, the Lifetime planner still has 70 1/2 as the RMD even though that was changed years ago and there has been a constant call for it to be updated.

It appears that the entire - investing.quicken.com - website is totally broken with JavaScript errors that no longer function
and it has been abandoned and orphaned by Quicken….
