Quicken Mac. Can not verify SoFi accounts for quickpay

I am trying to verify my SoFi accounts for quickpay. I keep getting this error:

Verification Request: Failed

Bank account invalid Quicken cloud services error. (server error)

I verified the information is correct and I am connected to the internet. How do I rectify this so I can use quickpay with my SoFi accounts? Synching with SoFi accounts work and I had no problems setting up my other bank. Thanks in advance for any help.
