OL-292-B Error - "Quicken is unable to complete your request as the request was invalid"

First noticed this today for all CFCU accounts.

    I followed the steps contained within the link. It appeared to initially resolve the problem but unfortunately on day later, the problem has recurred. What are the suggestions now?

    Thank you for following up, though I am sorry to hear that the issue persists.

    As stated at the bottom of the article previously provided by @Quicken Jasmine, you will need to contact the financial institution directly for further assistance:

    • "You will need to contact your financial institution for assistance. Quicken does not have access to the financial institution's servers to be able to correct the problem. This may require you request to speak with an online services specialist that handles transaction download issues at the financial institution. If your financial institution states they can't assist, an escalation with them may be necessary."

    When I followed the link steps, the screen after hitting contact info was not the same as in the instructions. Also, the Congressional Federal Union people informed me that this is a quicken problem. Any suggestions as to what to do next?

    Hello @KimH,

    As stated, Quicken does NOT have access to the financial institution's servers. This means that we cannot correct this issue. I suggest requesting to speak to a tier 2 agent or supervisor as they are generally more familiar with third-party applications such as Quicken.
