Unable to add Prudential IRA 401K accounts (Server Error)

I cannot connect to Prudential, and cannot update transactions. I have tried selecting Prudential.com, Prudential Financial, Wealthscape investor, National Financial - mystreetscape. These were suggestions from 3 different prudential help-desk employees.
Message either said to check that I have entered the correct credentials, or server error. They had no other options to try. So I am trying Quicken help.
I am using Quicken Classic Premier Version 7.5.2 on a Mac OS 14.2.1

To assist with this issue, please provide more information. When you get the server error, what is the exact error message/code you are receiving? If possible, please provide a screenshot of the error you are seeing (with any personal information redacted). If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
