Mobile App not updating accounts

I’m new to Quicken and the mobile app does not mirror what I see in the software. It doesn’t show all of my accounts.

    What exactly is the issue? Are you missing accounts, transactions, etc.? Are you receiving any error codes or messages?

    Also, What Quicken are you using for the Desktop (Mac, Windows US, Windows Canadian)?

    And have you checked to make sure the all the accounts are selected in Quicken Desktop to be synced?

    EDIT: And done the sync between Quicken Desktop and the Quicken Cloud dataset.
