Several posts on this have all been closed. I had this problem starting yesterday and followed all the suggestions on these closed posts EXCEPT creating a new quicken file, which is tedious and rediculous. Here's how I fixed the investment accounts not updating on mobile and web:
- Restored a backup (replace existing data file) with date that I know this syncing was working.
- BEFORE SYNCING I performed a cloud data reset which replaced the data in the cloud with this restored data file's data.
- Next I completed a One Step Update to the restored data file.
- Finally I performed a Cloud Sync.
- I verified all the data correctly updated on the mobile app and Quicken On The Web, signing into them when prompted (because of Cloud Data Reset), and . . . you guessed it, the data agreed everywhere!
