Product Ideas??

It wasn't my question until I tried to use it: How do you post a Product Idea and why is it so non-intuitive??? Starting a new discussion offers a pull down list with a "Product Idea" category, but it is grayed out…are they tired of new ideas?

My idea is this: How about in Tools/Memorized Payee List/Options adding a "Find Duplicates" option? As memorized payees change over time, Cntrl-M while entering a transaction adds one more duplicate payee with different data. Using the memorized list in the future then becomes confusing. Quickly identifying dupes would let us shed the old memorized payees.
