How do I get my Amex credit card to show up in my account?

When I connect my Amex account to Quicken, it shows a message that says all the accounts at this bank have already been added. However my Blue Cash card doesn’t show up. This is my first Quicken account.

Here is the error message.

The account shows up in my Amex third party connections but doesn’t show anything in the Quicken app if that helps.
