Marcus from Goldman Sachs cannot connect

Hi, I'm using the subscription based Quicken on the mac. For the past week, I see this error and cannot connect. How do I fix?

    I know people like to trash Quicken but I have yet to find any personal financial software with anything close to the features. When I moved from Windows to Mac I was even more impressed. The threads I've seen on this issue have been pleasantly civil. That being said, the value of Quicken without working downloads very quickly becomes more questionable in my mind. My guess is that Quicken realizes this also and will do all they can to get this working again ASAP.

    I've been experiencing the same problem and just chatted with Marcus. Here is what they told me: "I'm sorry, but we do not currently offer the ability to link your Marcus deposit account to external services that aggregate transactions."

    FWIW- I said that this worked until recently, to which they had no comment. When I asked if there had been any communication to customers when this was discontinued and they responded that there had not been.

    It's working for me now. It prompts for a PIN. This is the one time verification code that come in your email.
