Bills and Income Graph Needs a 0 line (Q Mac)

I hate that the new Bills and Income Graph just fades away where the 0-line should be. It's important to me to see at a glance how close I am getting to 0. If I go below 0, it gives me a red dot, which is great, but right now it's really impossible to see if I'm getting close to 0 but still positive.
