Admin Help Please. Notification Count Off.

@Any Quicken Admin.

The notification count is "one high"; for example, if I have 2 notifications the notification badge count shows 3

Would you please fix it for me as well as let me know when this is done.

Thank you.

    Yes, this happening to me too and has been happening for a week or so.

    Note they probably can't fix it, they have to go back to the vendor and complain. Most likely started happening after some update.

    P.S. the "Blue dots" for "activity" have been messed up forever.

    I'm constantly selecting "Mark All Read" both when I'm jumping to the thread in that notification dialog (after I have finished them) all because as I read them some times the blue dots don't go away. It seems to be tied to the fact that if multiple comments are made you have to "read" the thread multiple times. But even then they don't always clear. So, I hit "Mark All Read" then go back to the main Discussion link and find that the blue dots are back, and I have to do it again.

    @Quicken Jasmine Thanks. On the blue dots. I had just cleared them all, and then someone posted one comment on one of the old ones and now look:

    Basically, all the blue dots for the last hour or so are all back again.

    Hello @Chris_QPW,

    I have noticed this behavior regarding the blue dots within my own account as well.

    I have sent all this information over.

    Thanks!

    Hello, Couldn't find the blue dot with the + inside to ask a question, so here I am!!

    Anyway, trying to get my books together for my accountant and printed out my Income/Expense report and …no income?

    I have gone back and checked all of my account settings, all is the same as it was last year, but I don't know how to force the income to report. I have run our of ideas. Hope you can help me, I have a date with my accountand soon and I don't want to have to write in the amount when I have a perfectly nice report that shows everything else. Hope someone can help. Hope someone will see this. Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.

    You need to go to the top right of this web page and select New Post to post your question/problem. This thread's "blue dots" are talking about this forum software, not Quicken.
