Quicken vault grayed out

Options

The vault passwords are grayed out. I deleted all passwords, but now i can't add them back. Still not working. I think that this started with the last update. Thoughts?

    Are you receiving any error codes or messages? Why did you delete all your passwords?

    If you don’t mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the issue that you described regarding your password vault? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments. Please remember to redact any personal information as needed.
