One Month and Navy Federal CC-501 error still not fixed

Are there any plans to fix the Navy Federal CC-501 error?

It has been one month since I have been able to connect to my Navy Federal checking account through Quicken—one month with no sign that Quicken is even concerned about members' inability to connect. I called Quicken tech support, and they told me, "Oh, it must be a problem with Navy Federal. You are probably locked out of your account." Umm…noooo. So, just for fun, I called Navy Federal, and their response was, "The problem isn't on our end. Have you tried contacting Quicken?"

At this point, I have two options: get used to reconciling monthly using the old-school account statement or switch to a different banking institution.

    Hello @Eric Miller,

This error is usually caused on the bank’s end and means that the Quicken server is being blocked from connecting to the account. Typically these errors self-resolve within 24 hours. If you haven't already, we recommend reviewing this support article for more information.

As stated in the article, if the error persists for more than 24 hours, then you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files, and will likely need to file an escalation if they see fit.
